  Residents work one-on-one with staff to set goals, navigate systems, and access services such as healthcare, income supports, and mental health resources.
• Life Skills Development
  Practical workshops and individualized coaching support residents in areas such as budgeting, cooking, personal organization, and maintaining a healthy home environment.
• Community Connection
  Staff support residents in building relationships within the community, accessing local programs, and developing social networks that reduce isolation.
• Access to Social Services
  We connect residents with external services including healthcare providers, employment supports, addiction services, and legal or housing resources.

Our food programs reduce barriers to healthy meals while fostering community engagement and skill-building.
