Sonia currently works in health and social care system design with equity and population health as defining principles. Previously managing a national community-based research centre and research funding programs emphasizing impact-focused research, she enjoys creating a space where people who are passionate about health equity can bring their ideas to life.

Amelia believes housing is a fundamental human right and that everyone deserves stability, dignity, and community. With organizational skills from prior project coordination positions, Amelia contributes to BPI's commitment to community and compassionate approaches. 

Carol currently works as a housing outreach worker and has supported many individuals and families secure affordable housing by assessing their eligibility for subsidized housing and navigating social services in order to secure their financial need.

Thelekezi is passionate about ensuring individuals have access to safe shelter, warmth, and protection. Through their involvement with Borden Place Inc., they support efforts that allow residents to build self-esteem, pursue self-actualization, and move toward greater stability.
